• Dock Truck Independent Contractors (must have liftgate, pallet jack, straps & blankets)

To be an Independent Contractor driver with Elite Transportation Systems, you must provide the following:

• Commercial Liability Insurance (minimum coverage is 300,000 Combined Single Limit)
• Your own Nextel Phone, with Unlimited Two-Way Radio & Unlimited Text Messaging
• Federal Tax ID#
• A Current DOT Health Card
• Clean Driving Record(none within 3 years: DUI, Careless/Wreckless,No Insurance or more than 4 moving violations)
